Nodirov Ubaidullo is the head of a small farm and has 16 hectares of arable lands. He sows grain cultures and vegetables, and also a lucerne and maize for the cattle in these lands. Ubaidullo provides inhabitants of Yavan with the agricultural production.

Imomiddinov Norbutta can not imagine his life without the plot of earth, and his work - without a spade. Norbutta lives in Hayoti Nav village of Yavan area, works as the bookkeeper.

Khodzhaev Kholmakhmad lives in the village of Dzharteppa, Gissar district. His fellow villagers know Kholmakhmad as a hard worker, business manager, and as a workaholic individual. No matter what activity he gets involved in – everything gets accomplished with ease.

Three most important things in life… Kukuzov Alisher graduated from the technological college, but he still had own goals to achieve and he decided to realize one of them: open the grocery store “Dilovar” in his village. Then he needed to expand his business because he had a large family and small shop couldn’t cover all expenses.

Livestock selling –profitable business. Akhtamsho has small farm, and 4 hectares out of it he use for breeding his cattle near the house. On one part of it he grows forage crops for winter. Akhtamsho has 5 year experience in livestock quick breeding: he buys cattle, after extensive feedings one or two week, he selling it again for better price.

Timely loan- the guarantee of the success!. Sodiq has a lorry, which helps him to earn money. In November 2008 needed general repairing but unfortunately he didn’t have enough money to repair it. Then he decided to apply for loan and got the group loan from LLC MLO “HUMO and Partners” at the amount of 2000 TJS (or 455 USD) for the period of 12 month.

Making “tandurs” -respectful job. Mamarahimov Haydar is an experienced specialist on fabrication of national ovens for baking Tajik bread- “tandur”.  He was trained on doing the ovens in 1986 and about 30 years Haydar using this masterhood for earning money.

Startup business. Khursanov Jumakul is one of our clients residing in Farhor district, kishlak madaniyat, jamoat Galaba. The client has 7 hectares of land and he produces vegetables, melons and gourds and cereals. He took the loan in amount of 2000 somoni for the period of 5 months in MLO “Humo and Partners”.

Life is everything and at the same time – nothing, it can take us to the top and to the bottom but it should not discourage us. Our hero managed to overcome all problems and difficulties of life. Naimov Abdurafi has big and happy family. They lived well but unfortunately, the civil war started in 1991 and brought a lot of trouble and misfortune to everybody, including Abdurafi family. In November he was forced to leave the country and he became an immigrant.

The way to a better life... Makhmudov Muhiddin lives in Vakhsh district, Jamoat Tajikobod. He has a big family and his expenses exceed his profit. To get more profit he needed a big plot of land, but he did not get money for a rent. Muhiddin got the first loan from MLC “Humo and Partners” in the amount of 1500 somoni for 6 months in January 2009.

Successful investment in business development. Shahrinisso is a widow, lives her son, daughter in law and 3 grandchildren. She started her small business I 2000. As her house is located by the road, once she decide to place a table with sweets and schoolchildren going to school bought sweets from her.

Successful business start - Ahtamova Ziyodamo has four children. She lives in Kulab city and sells flat bread at Somoni Market. Last year she wanted to start her own business, but unfortunately she couldn’t find money, because the process of getting loan from banks was too difficult and also requested collateral.

Arduous way to success - Rahima was a very busy woman. She was hard working and couldn't spend a minute without doing something. However, her fate turned out in such a way that she wound up on her own with 2 children. She decided not to rely on help from others and started to work in order to feed her kids.

Dreams Can Come Tru e - Kuchkarov Gulom is a native resident of Dushanbe. For a long time, he has worked in the retail sector and had a small grocery shop in the Rudaki neighborhood, not far away from his home. Gulom dreamed about increasing the variety of products in his little shop, but lacked the means to accomplish it..

Success of a Retiree - Throughout his entire live, Qurbon Rajabov worked as a bus driver. However, his salary was small and he was never able to save up money.
