MLO « Humo and Partners » with assistance of Project GTZ « Support of micro financial service in regions » and Program TAM-BAS holds the pilot project "Start-business".
The project is intended for everyone who wishes to begin own business.
There is held training for candidates (at will) on opening own business and creation of Business-plan.
The credit, within 1, 5 years with privileged period for 4 months is given. As the mortgage can serve movable and immovable property.
There is held free-of-charge consulting for clients.
The project operates in piloted zones: of Dushanbe, Kurgan-Tyube, and Vahdat, in the regions of Yavan, Hissar, Varzob, and Rudaki.
MLO « Humo and partners » together with TAFF holds the program for giving credits in agricultural sphere.
The program is directed only on: plant growing, beekeeping, fishing. Other spheres are not financed.
Granting of loans is realized on replenishment of turnover means. Purchase: seeds, fertilizers, poisonous chemicals, combustible lubricating materials, rent of techniques, payment of hired workers and other costs.
There is given the credit from 100 up to 20 000 $, for the period of 1, 5 years with privileged period for 6 months. As the mortgage can serve movable and immovable property. Stage-by-stage giving (tranche) of credits is held.
The program allocates proceeds of credit only to the farmers, having the certificate for possession of the ground or on its rent (except for owners of personal plots). Farmers should be engaged cultivation of additional agriculture or have other source of the income and necessarily have an operational experience.
