Increase in the number of clients
By the end of September the number of active clients of the organization reached 9000. That it is the big achievement in post crisis period.
Visit of the representative of Symbiotics Company
A representative of Symbiotics Company, Benoit Bouet, visited the organization to monitor and estimate the possibilities of cooperation in 2011. A decision was made to submit reports of company activities to the potential creditor in their system.
The championship of mini football
On September, 18th, 2010 МLО «Humo and Partners» started the mini football Championship which is devoted to the «5 year» anniversary of МLО «Humo and Partners». Branches have united in 3 regions where a number of matches were held in the Central stadiums:
Kurgan-Tube region: Kurgan-Tube, Rumi and Shahritus - the winner is Kurgan Tube branch. Kulyab region: Kulyab, Hamadoni and Dangara - the winner is Hamadoni branch.
Regions under direct Republican jurisdiction: Head office, Dushanbe, Tursunzade, Vahdat and Yavan - the winner is Head office.
All games of Regions under direct Republican jurisdiction, the semi-final and final were held in the Central sport complex «Qasri Varzish». The final match took place on October, 16th, 2010 in CSC «Qasri Varzish» between teams «Shahritus» - «Hamadoni» and «Кurgan Tube» - "Head Office". The final match was very strained and after a difficult struggle the winner was clear – it was Kurgan-Tube branch of the organization, which received a challenge cup of the Champion of the organisation of mini football. Head office won second place, Shahritus branch won third place. All winners have received Certificates of honor and monetary awards.
Participation in a seminar in GTZ
On September, 23rd the Credit manager participated in a seminar in GTZ under the new project "Warm cosiness". Microfinance organizations and representatives of the international organisations attended this seminar. In GBAR there is a new microfinance organization "Madina" which gives microcredit to the agricultural population. The loan is given for the installment of windows and doors for heat preservation in the house. The interest rate for the loan is 2, 5 % on residual balance, for 12 months.
Results of the tender
The auditor company LLC "Audit-consulting" was chosen by results of the tender to carry out an external audit of the organisation for 2010. LLC "Audit-consulting" has wide experience carrying out audits of microfinance organizations in Tajikistan and moreover, it is in the list of recommended auditor firms of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The second tranche of credit from Triodos-Doen
In September the second tranche of credit was received from Triodos-Doen in US dollars and in local currency for the increase in the active portfolio of HUMO.
The action «Secret buyer»
In September LLC «Imkon Consulting» held the action «Secret buyer» on the quality of service standards in 10 branches of LLC MLO «Humo and Partners». Per results of the action «Secret buyer», certificates and monetary compensations were handed out to Yavan, Shahritus and Tursunzade branches. Also oral remarks were declared to Dushanbe, Vahdat and Dangara branches for low indicators of quality of service.
Working out of provision
Together with LLC «Imkon Consulting», provisions were developed for the control over the monitoring system of quality of service of LLC MLO «Humo and Partners».
Training «Technology of individual lending»
In September, training was held on a theme «Technology of individual lending» for employees of branches of Dushanbe, Vahdat, Yavan, Tursunzade at head office, and also for branches of Kulyab, Hamadoni and Dangara in Kulyab.
The electronic version of the Accounting policy
The electronic version of the Accounting policy was placed on a server for financial department.
Changes in a database
Changes are made in a database, so that now there is a possibility of distribution of clients to sub-offices.
Sub-office opening
A new sub-office was opened in Rudaki district in the market collective farm Russia. The new sub-office is completely equipped by all necessary means for serving of the clients.
