Film about microfinancing
From October, 6th the International Financial Corporation has started to take new film about micro finance in Central Asia. They have interviewed the General Director of the organization, and also have visited the Vahdat city branch where have met with three clients of this branch.
Annual Audit
On October, 14th this year the organization has signed the contract with the audit company to carry out an audit of МLО «Humо and Partners» for 2011.
Meeting with the Main banker of the European Reconstruction and Development Bank
On October, 17th the meeting took with Firuza Iskhakova, the Main banker of the European Bank of Reconstruction and the Development, supervising the Central Asia. The meeting took place at the office of representation of the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development in Dushanbe. Two main questions were discussed at the meeting:
- the New law on microfinancing in Tajikistan.
- the possibilities of new financing for Humo.
Meeting with the representative of KFW
On October, 20th a meeting took place with the representative of Deutsche Bank of Development, concerning the new funding for agriculture development.
Participation at the presentation of Deutsche Bank of Development
On October, 25th a meeting was held with the representative of Deutsche Bank of Development where the training programme has been presented to the employees of MLO «Humo and Partners» with the technical support of the Deutsche Bank of Development. All the trainings were conducted from November, 19 till November, 29th. These trainings allow to transfer operational and credit processes of the organisation to a new level.
The project on gender equality
On November, 3rd a dialogue was held on Skype with WWB (Women World Banking) - to discuss the joint project on gender equality. The WWB has prepared and sent the project proposal on carrying out an assessment of gender balance at Humo and recommendations to increase the number female clients and female employees.
The project start is planned for early June, 2012.
Visit of the representatives of Triodos Bank
On November, 16th the representatives of the Triodos Bank visited our organization. The purpose of their visit was to get to know the Management and employees of the organization, and also the farewell to the former coordinator being transferred to another region with whom the organization successfully cooperated for the last 1, 5 years.
Participation in a credit bureau
Two meetings of founders of a credit bureau of Tajikistan have taken place от 18 - 19th on November. The sessions covered the discussion in regard to selection and approval of the tehcnical partner.
The city championship on footzal
The football team of the organisation participates in the championship «Series A». The championship «Series A» is taking place in recently built sports complex of 46 microdistrict. The 10 strong futzal capital teams are participating in the championship. Tournament has begun on November, 19th, 2011.
The marketing action «Soli navi bobaror»
The preparation for the New Year’s marketing action “Soli navi bobaror” began at Head office. In particular the conditions of credit products for the action, their interest rates and design of leaflets were defined. The action starts on December, 1st this year.
