Opening of new branches
Two new branches of the organization have been opened in the cities of Khujand and Dangara on May, 1st, 2010. Staff of branches is fully completed; offices are equipped and included in uniform information system of the organization. Dangara branch has already disbursed first loans to clients in the end of May.
5th Anniversary of «Humo»
On May, 8th there has been celebrated 5th anniversary of «Humo» in Varzob in a rest zone «Guli Mayda». All employees - 184 persons and members of Board of Trustees participated in occasion. Nine employees of the organization have been awarded by certificate of good work and the award at a rate of one salary for an uninterrupted length of service and fruitful work. Also memorable gifts of the Panel with a logo «Humo» and the Monetary tree from natural Pamir semi-precious stones have been handed over 11 branches of "Humo".
Participation in training of risks management
On May, 25th the General Director and the Operational Manager of the company have taken part in training of risks management which was held by IFC expert Christian Ruehmer. Some tools from toolkit on the risk assessment presented during training will be used in the company in the near future.
Participation on 14 MFC conference in Astana
The General Director and the Operational Manager of the company have participated in 14th conference of MFC which was held from May, 26 till May, 28th in Astana city. The General Director of the company has conducted meetings with representatives of «Triodos-Doen», «Oikocredit», «Micro Credit Enterprises», «Developing World Markets», «ICCO», «EBRD», «Blue Orchards», «Deutsche Bank», «KFW», «KIVA», «PlaNis», «Incofin», «Triple Jump», «Frankfurt School of Finance and Management» in the course of conference.
Act of charity in Kulob
On May, 6th, 2010, more than two hundred inhabitants were lost and about forty people are missing in the result of a natural disaster –flood in Kulob city. Among victims nearby 70 persons were clients of Kulob branch. In this connection, on May, 18th the Head office of the organization has rendered material aid for 40 victims.
Results of Contest
Kulob branch won the first place on results of contest «Best branch» for May.
