Visit of representatives of "KfW" Bank
On March 30th, representatives of German Bank KfW visited Humo. During the meeting there were discussed possibilities of HUMO’s participating in the project of KfW on development of agricultural sector. For these purposes KfW intends to allocate loans to micro financial organizations through government.
Updating on a site MIX Market
On a site of information data exchange of the micro financial organizations (MIX Market) http://mixmarket.orgthere was updated profile of MLO «HUMO and Partners» and statistical and financial information was exposed according to the auditor report for 2010. Participation in information data exchange shows the degree of a transparency of the organization and allows involving additional creditors and investors.
Negotiations with «Bovari va Hamkori»
In March, 2011 MLO «Humo and Partners» began negotiations with organization «Bovari va Hamkori» on attraction of loan.
Trainers under program TAFF
Training «Methodology of program TAFF» for the employees of Yavan branch and Kurgan Tyube branch who are involved in the program «TAFF» ended on March, 31st, 2011. Employees successfully finished training after which they can coordinate the product «TAFF» in the regions, and also if necessary carry out trainings for employees of «Humo».
Marketing advancements
On March, 1st, 2011 advertising company "TAG" prepared a good design of billboard and established it near market "Korvon". The contract on billboard is concluded till June, 1st, 2011.
Trainings under project TAFF
In March, 2011 training under the project «TAFF» was organized for individual credit experts of branches in Kulyab, Hamadoni, Vahdat, Kurgan Tyube, J. Rumi, Shahritus, Dangara and Yavan which are involved in program TAFF.
Trainings on «Quality of service»
In March, 2011 HR Manager of the Company held training on theme «Quality of service» where new employees of branches of Dushanbe, Vahdat, Tyrsunzade, Kurgan Tyube, Dangara, Shahritus and Rumi participated.
