March 29
Changes in the Organizational structure were introduced in the month of March which included formation of new departments: Control department and Risk Management department. The Control department was established to control the conformity of the working procedures instituted by the Organizational polices.
March 26
The quantity of active clients of the Organization is continuing to grow and has reached the number of 9000 individuals, of which 45%, as before, accounts for female clients.
March 20
A three day seminar for the Organization’s managers on “Professional Development: leadership, time –management, personnel control,” on behalf of Larisa Kaprova, a professional trainer of “MBM- Group” city of Tashkent, came to an end on March 20, 2009. The attendants of this seminar had learned modern technologies on management and personnel evaluation, and system planning (Talent Management).
March 16
On March 16 2009, a three day seminar on team building for the Dushanbe branch has been fulfilled by Larisa Kaprova (“MBM- Group”, Tashkent, Uzbekistan). At the same time, the similar seminar was held by Muhabbat Pirnazarova (ZPGO) for the team of Kurgan Tube branch.
