Cooperation with HR center “Imkon”
The organization continues close cooperation with the HR Center “Imkon”. Within the frames of the project financed by BASP, Job descriptions for the key positions have been reviewed and updated, the regulations for all departments of the organization have been developed and the systems for credit staff stimulation have been revised.
Meeting with the representatives from TAFF (Tajik Agricultural Finance Framework) и Frankfurt School of Finance and Management
Cristoff Kordonie (TAFF) and Katya Gorts ( Frankfurt School of Finance &Management) visited our organization on June 30. During the meeting the possibilities of cooperation within the framework of TAFF project have been discussed, in particular, development of special product for crediting farmers. Besides, the question of risk management was also discussed. This question is urgent now. Possible project on establishment of harmonious and effective risk management system was discussed with the representative from Frankfurt School of Finance &Management.
Training for the newly recruited credit staff.
The Regional Development Department started a number of trainings for the credit staff on August 3. The leading specialists of the organization will conduct the trainings.
NBT regular check up
The planned check up of the organization by department on bank supervision and licensing of National Bank of RT was finished on July 31. The check up covered all main aspects of the organization activity and the results have been submitted in written from.
Participation in Microfin training
The Finance Manager of the organization participated in a weekly training on planning and finance modelling with the usage of Microfin. The training was organized by CAMFA in Bishkek.
Board of Directors “Mol Bulak Finance”
The General Director of the organization participated in the meeting of Board of Directors of the partner organization “Mol Bulak Finance” which was held in Issik-kul on July 25, 2009.
