Meeting Managers
Meeting Managers and Directors of the organization was held in the holiday guesthouse "Guli Maida”, located in Varzob Valley. The following issues were discussed during the meeting: attracting new and keep old customers, discussion on the topics of book "48 canons of power".
Meeting with the representatives of the TAFF Company
On July 27 management of HUMO held a meeting with representatives of the TAFF Company. At the meeting were discussed the shortfall of loan disbursement as the main problem of this project.
Quarterly report
Report for second Quarter of 2011 was completed after closing II Quarter and sent to members of HUMO’s Board of Trustees and all external lenders as well. The quarterly report will be presented to the Head office and Branch Directors on monthly meeting.
Promotion action
A large-scale marketing action was carried out at all branches on 30 July; all employees of the organization were participated in this action. The action was dedicated to twenty Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. The staff was wearing t-shirts and caps-colored by orange with Humo’s logo; they visited markets and retail outlets in their regions where granted right booklets with information for potential clients and were gluing leaflets in places of mass gathering of the population.
