Board of Directors meeting
On July, 17th, 2010 regular meeting of Board of Trusties of MLF "HUMO" has been held. There have been considered such issues at the meeting: the progress report of company activities at the second quarter, financial indicators of the company, the Internal Auditor report, budget execution and other questions.
Participation in Board of Directors of «Mol Bulak Finance»
General Director of MLO «Humo and Partners» participated in Board of Directors of the Microcredit Company «Mol Bulak Finance» which took place in Republic Kyrgyzstan in Bishkek city on July, 22-24, 2010.
Arrival of a Kiva Fellow
Donald Hart is a consultant with Kiva Micro funds working as a Kiva Fellow in Tajikistan. He has arrived to MLO «Humo and Partners» on July, 29th, 2010.
The Kiva Fellows program is vital to strengthening Kiva’s MFI partner network, deepening Kiva lender engagement, and managing transparency and risk.
During his time with Humo Donald will be helping with loan repayment, reporting to Kiva, Social Performance Reporting, and journaling stories of Humo clients, and plans to teach English classes outside of work. Donald is grateful for the opportunity to work with «Humo and Partners», and hopes the staff will be patient with his language abilities as he attempts to learn Russian and Tajik.
He will be working with «Humo and Partners» during the months of August, September, and October, 2010.
Wage system through plastic cards
As is known in the end of June the Head office has transferred to wage system through plastic cards. In July the Dushanbe branch has been connected to this system. It is necessary to notice that this system reduces risk of safety of currency shipment, and also reduces load of cashiers in the end of a month.
Creation of the Guest book on an internal site
The Guest book where visitors can anonymously or openly leave the message, complaints, wishes and etc. is created on the Organization site.
Visitors’ interrogation system on an internal site
The visitors’ interrogation system, about that how they have found out about our Organization, is created on a site.
Training of «Quality service»
In the frame of the project «Quality service» there were held trainings on Quality of service for staff of branches of LLC MLO «Humo and Partners» in cities and districts Dushanbe, Vahdat, Tursunzade, Kurgan-Tyube and Yavan.
Training of "Sale technique»
On July, 16-17th there was held training on a theme of "Sale technique» at head office. Individual and group Credit experts of branches of LLC MLO «Humo and Partners» have attended training.
Equipment of sub-offices
In July the branches of LLC MLO «Humo and Partners» have opened sub-offices. The administration of head office has equipped sub-offices with all necessary materials and the equipment for work.
Charity on the occasion of moving to new office of Yavan branch
In the first half of the year Yavan branch has moved to new office and in this case there was organized the table for schoolboys of a boarding school. Also within the next few days the branch plans to render material aid to children-orphans.
Rewarding by certificates
On July, 31st 2010 in Dushanbe city there was held rewarding by certificates on the occasion of successful finish of a course «the Credit expert» held by AMFOT. Three graduates are already accepted as the trainee on a post of the Credit expert in branch of MLO «Humo and Partners» in Kurgan-Tyube city.
