Meeting of Board of Trustees of MLO «Humo and Partners»
Meeting of Council of Trustees of MLO «Humo and Partners» has taken place at head office of the company on January, 23rd. There have been presented at the meeting, for consideration and constructive discussion: the report on company achievements, Budget execution for the last 2009, Strategic and Operational Plans, the organization Budget for 2010. Besides it, Council has heard the report on the done work of service of Internal Audit, activity ALCO.
The annual appraisal of the staff
In January, 2010 there has been taken place the Annual Appraisal of all personnel in branches and departments of company. The planned action was held in several stages: a self-estimation, estimation by supervisor and discussion of results of estimation with participation of company management. Only 89 employees of the company have been estimated. On the results the wages of 70 employees have been reconsidered.
The annual report 2009
Preparation of annual report for 2009 is completely finished. The given report has been considered on Council of Trustees, and also presented creditors and organization partners. The presentation of the Annual report and achieved results in 2009 will take place in the first of February at meetings of employees of all branches.
Social Audit and the Social Rating
There has come offer to the Company to take part in project ICCO on estimation of social influence MFO on clients. There are two variants for the Company: to pass Social audit or the Social Rating. Social Audit is held by Polish Micro Finance Center and the Social Rating – by Italian company Micro Finanza. Both projects will be paid mostly from means of ICCO and ADA, the company share in project payment will make only 10 % from project price. But for our organization at present it is the most important to define problem sites in execution of social mission. Proceeding from it, there was taken the decision from two offered variants to choose - Social Audit.
Operational Planning of organization branches and Departments
In January of current year Operational Plans of all Departments and Company branches are made, and also Individual Operational Plans of employees for 2010 are prepared.
The new version of software
E-Stable - the new version of the software is got by the company. At present the Information Department holds obligatory testing of the program, the program will be introduced after ending of test. The EBRD pays this project in the frame of the technical assistance.
External Audit
The Auditor Company «the Tajik Audit Service» has made full check of accounting and personnel documents of MLO «Humo and Partners». In the course of check the auditors visited all branches of the organization and clients on the basis of preliminary sample. The full report of audit will be presented by the end of February.
Finance Department has begun visits to branches of the company
The Chief accountant of the company has attended three branches with working visit in the end of January. Improvement of process of document circulation was the business trip purpose, there were held trainings on new system of cash operations, daily verification of cash desk and bank accounts. She has held training on an unloading from credit system and audit after an unloading, charge of the road and minimum tax on places, forming of reports for calculation of taxes in the program e-Stable.
Internal audit
In January, there has been completely finished internal audit in branches of Yavan and Rumi. The reports for the Organization management are prepared on the basis of results of check, these reports have been discussed at meeting together with directors of branches and plans on elimination of the revealed remarks are prepared. The report on work of Service of Internal Audit for 2009 for Council of Trustees of MLO «Humo and Partners» is prepared and given. The plan of work of all department and operational plans of employees for 2010 is made.
Shares of Rogun
Employees of the Organization have brought the mite in building of Rogun Power Station. Everyone has got shares of Rogun of a various face-value.
