Increase in a portfolio of the organization and number of active clients
In January, 2011 the active portfolio of HUMO reached 6,000,000 USD and the number of active clients reached 10,000 people!
Participation in Advanced Leadership Program
The General Director of the Company participated in the program organized by Women’s World Banking from January, 17th till 21st in Wharton Business School. This business school is one of the three leading business schools in the world. Participation in the program will allow to reconsider some strategy of the company, to create a card of development of the organization and to expand essentially the number of MFO in different parts of the world with which the organization can be partners.
Visit of «Microcredit Enterprises»
The Vice-president of «Microcredit Enterprises» (MCE) visited HUMO for the purpose of carrying out the estimation of the organization. The representative of MCE met managers of departments, and also visited Rumi branch. The issues of raising the new loan in March and April, 2011 were discussed in the meeting.
Negotiations with advisers
In January there started negotiations with international consultants for evaluating and strengthening the organizations’ risks management system. The selected consultants have wide working experience in sphere of risks management in the micro financial organizations, and also operational experience in RT. This project is a part of the technical assistance of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The General Director of the company met with one of the consultants on January, 19th 2011 in Philadelphia (State of Pennsylvania) for discussing the project’s concepts and details.
Visit of the Afghani delegation
On January 27th the Afghani delegation of «the Ministry of agricultural development» visited MLO «Humo and Partners». During the meeting parties exchanged the achieved results of their work. Also there was organized a visit to Vahdat district for meeting with clients of the organization.
External audit
In January the process of external audit by the auditing company «Audit Consulting» started. The company «Audit Consulting» has wide experience in working with micro financial organizations in the structure of which two experts with certificate CIPA work. Also it has the license of National Bank RT, and is approved by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Results of contest «Best Branch» for 2010
On February 7th, 2011 in the Head Office of the Company an award ceremony for the contest “The Best Branch” of 2010 was held.
There appeared a new report "the Report for loan employees" in the information program
It is necessary to form the report for the period of one month (from January, 1 till January, 31st 2011). It is possible to see all necessary indicators of loan officers in it, which is located in section «Total and analytical». For forming the report, it is necessary to choose the period and loan officer, and then click on the button generate.
Changes of a condition of contest «Best Branch» 2011
The Contest «Best Branch» of 2011, which is going to be defined from 01.01.2011 till 31.12.2011, is declared. Criteria for defining the best branch of 2011 are prepared and introduced to all staff.

The contest «Best Sub-office» of 2011, which will be determined from 01.01.2011 till 31.12.11, is announced. Criteria for choosing the best sub office of 2011 are prepared and introduced to all branches.
Contest «Best Loan officer»
The contest «Best Loan Officer», which will be defined every month, is announced. Criteria for defining the best loan officer of individual and group lending are developed and introduced to all staff.
