Increase in a portfolio of the organization and number of active clients
In January, 2011 active portfolio of HUMO reached 6,000,000 USD and the number of active clients reached 10,000 people!
Participation in Advanced Leadership Program
The General Director of the Company participated in the program organized by Women’s World Banking from January, 17 till 21st in Wharton Business School. This business school enters into a three of leading business schools of the world. Participation in the program will allow reconsidering some strategy of the company, to create a card of development of the organization and to expand essentially the number of MFO in different parts of the world with which the organization can be partners.
Visit of «Microcredit Enterprises»
The Vice-president of «Microcredit Enterprises» (MCE) visited HUMO for the purpose of carrying out of an estimation of the organization. The representative of MCE met managers of departments, and also visited Rumi branch. In the course of meeting there were discussed issues of raising of the new loan in March and April, 2011.
Negotiations with advisers
In January negotiations with international consultants for evaluation and strengthening the organizations’ risks management system has started. The selected consultants have wide experience of work in sphere of risks management in the micro financial organizations, and also an operational experience in RT. This project is a part of the technical assistance of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The General Director of the company met with one of the consultants on January, 19th 2011 in Philadelphia (State of Pennsylvania) for discussion of the project concept and details.
Visit of the Afghani delegation
On January, 27 the Afghani delegation of «the Ministry of agricultural development» visited MLO «Humo and Partners». In the course of meeting parties exchanged the achieved results of the work, as well as there was organized visit to Vahdat district for a meeting with clients of the organization.
External audit
In January process of external audit from the auditor company «Audit Consulting» was begun. «Audit Consulting» Company has wide experience of work with the micro financial organizations in which structure two experts with certificate CIPA work, has the license of National Bank RT, and also is approved by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Results of contest «Best Branch» for 2010
On February, 7th, 2011 there was held the ceremony of rewarding the winners following the results of contest «Best Branch» of 2010 in Head Office of the Company.
There is a new report "the Report for loan employees" in the information program
The report is necessary to form for the monthly period (from January, 1 till January, 31st 2011). It is possible to see in it all necessary indicators of loan officers, it is in section «Total and analytical». In order to form the report it is necessary to choose the period and the loan employee, and then to click to generate.
Changes of a condition of contest «Best Branch» 2011
Contest «Best Branch» of 2011 which will be defined from 01.01.2011 till 31.12.2011 is declared. Criteria for definition of the best branch of 2011 are prepared and introduced for all staff.
Contest «Best Sub-office» of 2011
Contest «Best Sub-office» of 2011 which will be defined from 01.01.2011 for 31.12.11 is declared. Criteria for definition of the best sub office of 2011 are prepared and introduced to all branches.
Contest «Best Loan officer»
Contest «Best Loan Officer» which will be defined every month is declared. Criteria for definition of the best loan officer on individual and group lending are developed and introduced to all staff.
