Celebration of the 5th anniversary of the organization
Preparation for the celebration of the 5th anniversary of the organization has begun. The organization birthday will be marked on May, 8th, 2010. Employees of all branches will be invited to the celebration. The holiday scenario is in process.
Contest «Best branch"
The result of the contest the "Best Branch" as of March 31, 2010 will be completed on April, 12th and will be sent to all branches by e-mail.
The Action «Secret buyer»
For an objective determination of the quality of the services provided by organization to the clients, there was held action "Secret buyer" in all branches. Results of the actions will be sum up and presented on April, 19th 2010 to all directors.
Creation of Training department
On March, 1st, 2010 under Administrative department has been formed Training department with a view of organization development through potential of its employees. The primary goal of this department is the organization and coordination of holding internal and external trainings according to the program of trainings of LLC MLO «Humo and Partners». Training department is headed by the Coordinator of training department. Aknazarbekov Timur who was the individual credit expert is appointed to this position.
Training of MicroFinanza Rating
On March, 29-30th, 2010 MicroFinanza Rating held training on Social Influence Evaluation and Management. The General Director of «Humo and Partners» has attended this training. As the organization prepares for social audit in autumn of 2010 and a possible rating in 2011, there is planned to make changes in personnel policy, carry out research on wages in sector and a number of other measures.
The meeting at the office of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
There was held a meeting of the General director of organization Vaisova M.S. with the Director of Small Business Finance Henry Russell and Associate Banker of Group for Small Business Firuza Iskhakova at the office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on March, 30th, 2010. The subjects of discussion were such issues as banning of indexation application and organization financing in 2010-2011.
Meeting of ALCO
On March, 26th, 2010 there was held meeting of ALCO. The participants have discussed questions of a financial position of organization, financial risks, and analyses on efficiency of system of stimulation and etc.

On March, 9th, 2010 Finance manager Mayunusov Firdavs has held presentation for Directors on financial indicators of branches.
