On February 3rd, MLO LLC "HUMO and Partners" has welcomed a representative from the US-based partner - Kiva (www.kiva.org). The representative, Boris Mordkovich, is a volunteer assigned to the organization to help with the borrowers profiles and journal updates that are posted on Kiva's website. Additionally, he will be hosting English courses for the staff members, as well as offering technical assistance on improving the "HUMO and Partners" website.

General Director of MLO LLC "HUMO and Partners" has participated in Board of Directors meeting of "Molbulak Finance" (Bishkek). General Director of MLO LLC "HUMO and Partners" has been invited to join the Board of Directors in July of 2008.

On January 28th, MLO LLC "HUMO and Partners" has been visited by a team from "Responsibility" headed by Dr. Pius Fisher, head of investments. The team also included Rochus Mommartz (Head Equity Investments) and Karin Seeber (Investment Analyst). The purpose of the visit was to learn more about the work done by the organization, as MLO LLC "HUMO and Partners" has received financing from their partner - Planet Finance.
