Promotion action «Somoni»
In honor of the New year - 2011, the management of the company organized a special action “Somoni” where the interest rate of national currency was reduced and it operated till 31.03.2011
New NGN number for «Call Centre»
In December, there was opened Call Centre in Head office of the company, which operatively gives information about all loan products and other services that potential clients can obtain. The number of the Call Centre is (44) 640 5544
A New Year tree of 2011
On December 26th, 2010, New Year tree of 2011 was organized with participation of Santa Claus and Snow Meiden, and also children’s performance on the novel of brothers Grim “Snow Maiden” at the theatre Mayakovskiy. The event was organized for the children of employees of Head office, branches in Dushanbe, Vahdat and Tursunzade. Children were delighted from New Year’s occasion.
New Year's party for employees of Head office
On December 24th, 2010 there was organized a New Year party for employees of Head office at the restaurant “Maksad”. The party was very cheerful in the circle of the team.
Meeting with «TAFF» representatives
On December 1st,2010 a meeting with representatives of program “TAFF” was held. The head of the project TAFF is Corodonye Kristof, the Coordinator of project - Gulshakar Fatkullina, manager of the project - Gerst K. During the discussions, questions about bilateral cooperation, decrease in interest rates and expansion of a zone of activity on branches were raised.
New marketing materials
New advertising materials were developed on a good quality glossy paper. 9 advertising leaflets with excellent design of various kinds of lending were prepared for 11 branches of the company. According to the directors of the Company, the given marketing materials were positively accepted by clients, who started to apply or call more often to branches for receiving loan.
Preparation of all kinds of calendars and cards for partners
For New Year of 2011 there were prepared wall, desktop and pocket calendars, and congratulatory cards with excellent design. All kinds of calendars and congratulatory cards were directed to branches for presenting to partners who are in regions. All partners of MLO “Humo and Partners” were gifted congratulatory cards with calendars.
A video clip in honor of New Year
On the eve of New Year - 2011, a video clip with participation of real clients of the Company was prepared. The video clip was on demand of our clients and it was broadcast on TV channel Safina from December 20th till January 4th.
Participation in training
On December, 14-15th the General Director and HR Manager participated in training «Corporate culture and business ethics». The training was held by IFC consultant Gradislava Ahmetova.
The charitable action in Vahdat
On the occasion of celebrating New Year -2011, in December, New Year gifts were presented to 47 children-orphans of policemen of Vahdat town who died on duty.
The charitable action in J. Rumi Branch
In December there was held charity action for families of the policemen of J. Rumi district who died on duty. The families who lost their breadwinners got New Year gifts.
