Visit of representatives of KIVA.
KIVA representatives such as senior director for the world operations with partners, ECA Portfolio Manager and curator on support of KIVA operations in the Central Asia visited HUMO in August. The purpose of their visit was carrying out of monitoring and practical analysis of HUMO. During the visit they met General Director and managers of organization and furthermore visited Dushanbe Branch.
Due diligence visit
Representatives of European Bank of Reconstruction and Development visited HUMO in August for three days for conducting of due diligence and collecting information for making final decision on granting new loan to HUMO.
Representatives of the European Bank met the General Director, chiefs of all departments and Manager of Dushanbe Branch. Also they visited several our clients in Rudaki area.
BFC Consulting
BFC Consulting Company has visited our organization on 25 August 2011.
The main purpose of the visit was discussion of the new project on improvement of HUMO service quality. Representatives of BFC Consulting presented the plan of the project and budget. HUMO is searching for additional financing to realize this project.
KFW
Deutsche Bank KFW has confirmed the concessional loan for MLO «Humo and Partners». HUMO’s application has passed the first tour of approval, using this loan HJUMO must to introduce an innovative product for agriculture.
The social ecological policy
The draft of organizational Social Ecological Policy has been completed in August. The draft version of the Policy presented to directors and managers of the company for review and making recommendations.
Policy on money-laundering prevention
Development of draft version against money laundering Policy started in August.
