Opening of new branches
Since the company is continuing its expansion to Sugd province, two new branches in the cities of Isfara and Istaravshan were opened in April of this year. For normal functioning of new offices, offices were rented and all required equipment were purchased and set up. Loan offices were hired for both offices and were trained in Khudjand branch.
Training «Management skills for managers»
In April, 2011, there was conducted training on “Developing managerial skills” for all top and middle managers of the organization. The training was held by IFC trainer-consultant on corporate management in Central Asia
Training for accountants
On 22nd and 23nd of April, at the head office was held training for accountants on ordering data input in 1C system, correct reflection of analytical accounts, and also on compiling detailed budget execution according to the new form, registration of the primary documents under the same standards.
Purchase of netbooks for branches
Since netbooks are convenient for quick preparation and analyzes of loan applications in the field offices of the organization, 12 netbooks were bought for credit employees of branches.
New procedures
At the Head office were prepared new procedures and special module on export and import of documents in 1C, which has allowed cashiers of branches and regional accountants to work in parallel in 1C. There were held necessary trainings on entering transactions in 1C for all cashiers of branches.
