Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the top level of corporate level at "Humo and Partners". Their responsibility is to ensure that the set goals are being met. The Board of Trustees include:

Tolib Gaitarov currently works as a director for "Vostochnie Sladosti" (Sweets From the East). Until this position, Tolib was the Executive Director for AMFOT (Association off Microfinance Organizations in Tajikistan) and a member of a Comittee for Micro-Finance Associations in Central Asia, formed for the purpose of developing a regional cooperation among the microfinance associations of Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.

In 1982, he graduated with a diploma in "Industrial and Civil Engineering" from the Tajik Technical Institute. In 2002, he also graduated from the Institute of Economic Management and Law in Kazan. He has worked at the komsomol and party organs, state management bodies, the Executive Body of the President of Tajikistan, and also contributed to the state development of youth, tourism and sport.

Tolib was an initiator of Tajikistan laws covering "youth and state policy for the youth generation", as well as a national program -  "Youth of Tajikistan" - which strives to develop the basis of legal norms, financial, organizational and support policy for the youth of Tajikistan. He has also worked at the Russian-Chinese Investment company "Huashitun", which concentrates on home mortgages.


Irina Kalashnikova has worked for over 10 years in the financial management area. Her responsibilities ranged from effective management of financial resources, compliance of financial policies and procedures in the day-to-day operations, management of grants and contracts for various donors, and risk management.

Irina has also worked with Food Aid Consortium and handled budgeting, financial management and reporting to donors. She also has experience in the management of USG (USAID, USDA), EU, CIDA, WB and ADB grants/contracts funding humanitarian projects, as well as projects related to development of micro-finance. At the present time, Irina works as a financial controller in a non-govermental organization, "CARE International".


Sanjar Karimov has extensive working experience in the banking sector since 2003 with. The main area of expertise in investments. Throughout his career path, Sanjar has held  various positions in leading local banks, such as Orienbank and Agroinvestbank.  Previous to September 2010, he headed  an investment company "Leasing Finance", specializing in leasing and investments in construction of residential facilities. Since 2007, Sanjar is a founder, and, since September 2010, a commercial director of a multi-profile «Business Resource Group»,  specializing in  manufacturing of plastic doors and windows, drinking water and providing of entertaining  services for youngsters. Possesses certificates of  number of courses on IFRS and Investment Banking (Kazakhstan).



Shaiyrgul Satybaldieva
is an experienced specialist in the field of micro-finance and small-to-mid size business lending, has considerable work experience in large-scale microfinance institutions (CJSC MCC “OXUS”, Microcredit Company,   “ Bai – Tushum and Partners”); possesses  knowledge in the field of development of microfinancing and  an effective technique for implementation of trainings on aspects of microfinanicing activity.

 Now Shaiyrgul works  as a Regional Representative of a Polish Microfinance Center in Central Asia.


Sobirjon Aliev received his BSBA degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), USA, in 2002 with a major in finance.
Currently, Sobirjon works as an investment manager at JSC "Kazakhstan-Tajikistan private equity fund." Previously, he served as a housing finance manager at an international organization "Habitat for Humanity - Tajikistan."  Sobirjon has experience of cooperation with financial organizations; familiar with credit instruments and financial assessment of projects; development and implementation of strategic plans for projects.
During 2008 – 2010, Sobirjon had worked at LLC MLO "Humo and Partners” as a Risk Manager, member of the asset and liability management committee and was actively involved in establishing anti-crisis strategy for HUMO, as well as creation of new forms of financial and credit risk analyses, Control over conformity of all conditions of credit agreements with foreign partners of the organization.
